CLEVELAND – November 1, 2013

BioMotiv, a therapeutics accelerator based in Cleveland, Ohio, and the Foundation Fighting Blindness, a medical research non-profit based in Columbia, Maryland, have announced they will fund $400,000 for a discovery-stage project that, if successful, could lead to treatment for retinitis pigmentosa (RP), an orphan ocular disease that causes progressive vision loss and blindness and currently has no approved treatment options.
